QR Codes are Now Available on ListingProducer/ListingPromoter Family & eFlyers!

What are QR codes? This is a bar code image that you can use on print flyers, eflyers, websites, business cards, brochures, etc… The barcodes may be scanned using a QR Code Reader, which can be found on most smart phones (QR readers can be downloaded for free or for a charge). The barcodes are assigned to open contact information, calendar events, maps, memos, website URL, etc.

How can I activate the QR code on my eflyers and single property websites? You will not need to activate this feature. This feature is activated to work on all templates on the single property websites and eflyers.

What will my QR codes do? You will find 2 barcode images on the single property site. One is visible, and the other is hidden until you click on “Add Contact” (please see sample screens below). When the QR code is scanned, it will open up the URL to your single property site (www.123maplestreet.com), or add your contact information quickly to the smart phone contact list.

Where on my template will I find the QR code? Below are a few samples of site templates where you can see the QR codes. (Click thumbnail to enlarge)

I don’t have a QR code reader. How can I download one to use on my phone? Most smart phones will have an app store such as iTunes for iPhones, App World for Blackberry, or Android Market for Android. ListingProducer Family Upgrades

ListingProducer has released an updated version of your photo management tab! This has been highly requested by most users. You asked, and we delivered!

The updates consist of the following:

Drag and drop the property images for quick and easy re-ordering of images.
Multiple photo upload is now available for Mozilla FireFox users.
“Delete All” button has been added for photos.
Add text to a corner banner to place on your property photos! (This banner will remain on all the photos when viewed in your single property site, and will appear on the first photo only when sending eFlyers)

Visit the hi-res category to check out our new “Elegance” template!

This template features large images of the property. Images will pan and zoom using the Ken Burns effect.

NOTE:

This template requires photos that are over 800×505 pixels in size. Pictures imported from the MLS may appear fuzzy. To fix this you will need to upload large images (800+ x 505+ pixels). Remember to de-select the optimize option.

The template also offers different color schemes to choose from. Here are the scheme swatches:

Login to your account
Select the property to apply the template to
Click on “Setup” option
Click to change your template and/or color scheme (the new template is titled “Elegance”)
