This tool is ideal for you to show your seller all your marketing efforts using your e-agents solution. This will improve your communication to the seller on how you will be marketing their property.

It is fully optional for you to share or not share this information with the seller; all it takes is adding a checkmark!

• Lets the seller know when you place the listing on MLS
• When the property is featured on your site as well as your company website
• Open house dates/times
• Single property website address (if you choose to create one)
• About any advertisements placed in the local paper
• About any advertisements placed online
• Information on any eFlyers sent to other Realtors and Brokers
• If a virtual tour was created for the listing
• & so much more!

Getting Started

1. Start by clicking the “My Contacts” tab
2. Either view the contact list (if they are added) or add a new contact
3. Once you are viewing the contact list, you will find a dropdown menu in the far right column of each client:
4. Assign your contact as a “Seller” or “Buyer & Seller”
5. Select the “Edit” option for the contact CLICK TO READ MORE…

UPDATE: MARKETING WIZARD

In the past, you were limited to a handful of “e-Greetings” when using the marketing wizard. Now you have the option to “select from ALL articles”; just activate the option by clicking the check box.

This opens up the FULL content library templates (yes, even the ones you’ve added to the library!!):
