Adding a Custom Banner Yourself! (How-To)

E-agents offers many features that agents may be overlooking. Example; did you know that the “Custom HTML” field allows you to have your own banner on any e-agents site template? This gives you the ability to turn

(which now has a custom image/banner at the top)

All you need is your own image/banner to use, and a little copying/pasting.

First, start by taking your image (JPG, PNG, GIF) and using the e-agents upload gallery to upload the photo. Once you have uploaded this, the window will contain a URL that looks something like this /Uploads/68/69/6869/Gallery/yourimage.jpg. Keep this window open, you will need this later.

Now on your site, go to “My Website” >> “Site Settings” >> “Site Keywords & Description” >> on this page, enable the “Custom HTML” by placing a check mark on the setting:

In the “Header HTML” – copy and paste the following code; <center><img src=”"></center> - in between the quotation marks, paste the image URL which should be in this format: http://www.yourwebsite.com/yourimage.jpg

In the code, edit “http://www.yourwebsite.com/yourimage.jpg” to “http://www.YourDomainHere.com/Copy&Paste_URL_found_on_upload_window“:

Don’t forget to click SAVE!
