Create customized fliers easily by following the new flier wizard. This allows you to create a custom flier for a property found on your account, or to select the “General” option to send out event notices, holiday’s, etc.
The new wizard gives you different options on how you want to complete the job. You can now send your completed flier by; sending an immediate email to your selected groups/contacts, using the eFlyer option to send to your targeted area, schedule a different date/time to send the flier in the future, or create a printed flier. If you aren’t ready to distribute the flier, use the save feature and come back to it later.
The flier to the left is the original flier created using the new marketing wizard. The flier below is the same flier that has been modified! To the flier below, I made the following changes; changed the address font size to smaller point, added “presented by” in different colored font, added a custom logo of my website, and changed the way the description displays.
This feature allows you to select from 10+ template options (with different colors), auto populates the property photos, description and basic features. Your contact information, agent photo, and company logo is added to the footer of the flier automatically.
