You currently enjoy the many benifits of using the e-Agents web site solution from Baynet World, Inc as an agent. Many of you are familiar with the ListingProducer tool to create a single property domain for your listings that enable you to better promote the property and yourself.
We now have COMBINED the two tools together when you look up your listing(s) within the e-Agents desktop.
You will notice the LP icon: 
– you can easily click on the LP icon and start creating your ListingProducer flyer.
ListingProducer provides capability to promote the property on the Internet for your seller as a single property website and syndicate the listing to a variety of sites. ListingProducer also provides for the ability to burn a CD presentation to use as a hand out while door knocking, a tool for your open house, a tool for the seller to give to their family and friends.
You can NOW easily and inexpensively send out the flyer to all the surrounding agents you want to notify of the listing, the open house, or even for a price reduction. More exposure for you and the property.
